Asset tags from Vexar Solutions

Do you charge monthly?
No. BUSINESS and ENTERPRISE are paid once a year. ONE-OFF is a one-time payment.
How is the ONE-OFF price decided?
It starts from KES 250,000, plus VAT. The final price depends on the features you ask for, such as custom features and integrations with your other systems. Hosting is included.
What is a user?
A login account. BUSINESS includes 1 account, ENTERPRISE up to 5, and ONE-OFF has no limit.
What counts as an asset?
Each item on your register with its own asset number, such as a laptop, desk, vehicle or generator.
What if we outgrow our package?
Move from BUSINESS to ENTERPRISE, or to ONE-OFF, and keep all your data.
Can you load our existing Excel register?
BUSINESS includes self-service Excel import. ENTERPRISE includes implementation support, where we import it for you. ONE-OFF includes full data migration.
Where is our data hosted?
BUSINESS and ENTERPRISE run on VexCloud. ONE-OFF includes hosting: your own server, or VexCloud Dedicated.
Can VexCloud AMS connect to our other systems?
Yes, on ONE-OFF. Integrations and API access with other systems are available only on the ONE-OFF package.
